Welcome to Chokha Punjab, a Punjabi restaurant and village-themed fair located in the vibrant city of Jaipur. Before you indulge in the rich flavours and cultural experiences we have to offer; we kindly request that you read and understand the following terms and conditions:
a. Chokha Punjab offers a village-themed fair alongside the restaurant experience. Dinner is included in the entry ticket. Some food items and drinks at the restaurant and village fair are free, while others are chargeable.
b. Height and age restrictions may apply to certain attractions for safety reasons.
c. Height Policy :- For people below the height of 2.4 ft, charges are free. For people with the height of 2.5- 3.5 ft, the charges are Rs. 350 all throughout the week. For people above the height of 3.5 ft (adults), the charges are Rs. 550 during the weekdays and the weekends. Please Note.- Rates are subject to change as per management.
a. Participation in fair activities is entirely voluntary. Chokha Punjab shall not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages incurred during fair activities.
b. Visitors are responsible for their personal belongings. Chokha Punjab shall not be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property.
c. Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times to ensure their safety and well-being.
a. Chokha Punjab specialises in Punjabi cuisine, offering a variety of traditional dishes prepared with authentic ingredients and flavours.
b. We are a PURE-VEG restaurant and strive to accommodate special dietary requirements or allergies to the best of our abilities. Please inform our staff in advance so that we can provide suitable options.
c. The consumption of outside food and beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic both) is not permitted on the premises, except for cakes for special occasions, subject to prior approval.
a. All prices at Chokha Punjab are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
b. Payment for food, beverages, and fair activities can be made in cash or through credit/debit cards, mobile wallets, or other approved payment methods.
a. We request all guests to maintain a respectful and considerate demeanour towards fellow patrons, staff members, and the premises.
b. Any behaviour that may cause harm, discomfort, or disturbance to others will not be tolerated and may result in expulsion from the premises.
a. All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, and content, associated with Chokha Punjab are the property of the respective owners and protected under applicable laws.
a. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur.
